Arcogi considers the electronic records and personal data left by you ("User") when using Arcogi websites and services ("Pages") to be sensitive and relevant. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") transparently standardizes which data and information will be obtained and how it will be used.

2. Data Collected by Arcogi
Arcogi collects both actively provided data (name, B2B email, phone) upon contact, and automatically collected data (device patterns, IP, browsing habits). Automatic collection uses industry-standard technologies like cookies. We provide an explicit Cookie Consent banner allowing granular opt-in options for Essential, Analytics, and Marketing modules.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Arcogi operates at the forefront of Corporate Agentic AI and strictly protects knowledge sovereignty. Any proprietary data, document, or client database processed by our AI engine remains the exclusive property of the client. Arcogi does not retain or use proprietary client data to train broad foundation models or third-party competing intelligences.
The structural logic, agentic network protocols, causal evidence algorithms, and the underlying "Agent Arco" architecture remain the exclusive intellectual property of Arcogi. The output generated specifically for the client's operation belongs to the client.
