About Us
We are an agentic intelligence architecture and engineering agency.
I. Why We Exist
Artificial intelligence has flooded into organizations. Economic discipline, however, has failed to keep pace.
Models are hastily implemented. Proofs of concept are celebrated. Expensive tools are procured.
And yet, the vast majority of companies still cannot demonstrate—in a clear, auditable manner—the actual impact of AI on their bottom line. The problem isn't the technology. It's the total absence of a causal nexus between AI-driven decisions and tangible financial outcomes.
That is why we exist.
II. What We Do
We focus on one central objective: We transform your data and AI strategy into economically verifiable decisions.
To achieve this, we operate simultaneously across three fronts:
Data Foundation
We architect, connect, and govern your corporate data pipelines so they can robustly sustain high-stakes, reliable decision-making.
Agentic Capabilities
We design sophisticated architectures where humans and AI agents operate with graduated autonomy, bound by explicit, hard-coded corporate guardrails.
Connection to Value
We engineer mechanisms that wire every relevant autonomous decision directly to a tangible impact on margin, revenue, or operational costs.
These are not isolated projects. They are components of a single, integrated methodological system.
III. Why We Do It This Way
Because treating data foundation, AI deployment, and value management as separate silos creates three dangerous corporate distortions:
The journey of the modern enterprise is not linear. It is deeply systemic, highly interdependent, and compounding:
IV. How We Execute
We never expect an organization to be magically "ready" for advanced AI. We start engineering from precisely where you stand today.
- If your data foundation is fragile, we reinforce it.
- If you have rogue, isolated models, we impose structural governance.
- If you have the ambition to scale, we install the necessary control mechanisms and evidence tracking.
PED to rigorously assess structural readiness (Diagnostics).
I2V to formalize and track economic causality (Value).
Our engagement covers the entire spectrum: from surgical diagnostics to hands-on execution, seamlessly deploying both human experts and AI agents into your live corporate environment.
V. What Drives Us
We reject technological implementation for the sake of hype. We believe that every decision must be fully traceable, all autonomy must be bound by strict guardrails, and every innovation must possess an explicit economic nexus.
VI. Liderança e Engenharia
A seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in technology, data, and strategic consulting. Matias has navigated the evolution of the market from the consolidation of the first structured Business Intelligence platforms in the 1990s to today's transformation cycles driven by Data and Artificial Intelligence.
With a deep foundation in data architecture, governance, interoperability, and executive metrics, he bridges the gap between technology and economic impact. Throughout his career, he has spearheaded analytical modernization initiatives, designed cutting-edge operating models, and aligned overarching strategy with IT and P&L objectives.
He is the chief architect and creator of the PED and I2V protocols—Arcogi's proprietary agentic intelligence engineering discipline designed to close the AI Value Gap through rigorous decision management, continuous evidence tracking, and runtime governance.
"His approach is rooted in a fundamental principle: technology does not generate value simply by being deployed; it generates value through the relentless discipline of execution."
Arcogi structures the organizational journey from Data-Driven → AI-Ready → AI-First → Frontier Firm, embedding the essential mechanisms for formalized intent, governable decision-making, causal telemetry, and continuous iterative adjustment.
The evolution toward agentic architectures and graduated autonomy models is central to his applied research agenda—approached as a rigorous engineering discipline rather than a hollow promise of automatic maturity. His ultimate focus is on making strategy operational, decisions auditable, and innovation economically responsible.
