Institutional Identity

About Us

We are an data architecture and decision intelligence agency.

I. Why We Exist

Companies have invested in data, analytics, and artificial intelligence. The technical evolution was real. But the discipline of transforming that investment into economically verifiable decisions hasn't kept up.

Models are implemented. Pilots are celebrated. Tools are bought.

And yet, most companies cannot demonstrate, clearly and auditably, the impact on P&L. The problem isn't the technology. It is the lack of connection between data, decision, and financial result.

This is why we exist.

II. What We Do

We do one central thing: We transform data and AI strategy into economically verifiable decisions.

To achieve this, we operate on three simultaneous fronts:

1.

Data Foundation

We organize, modernize, and govern the data stack — from data warehouses and lakehouses to pipelines, cataloging, and quality — so they can sustain reliable, high-level decisions.

2.

Intelligence Capability

We design architectures where advanced analytics, AI models, and agents operate with graduated autonomy, explicit governance, and accountability at every layer.

3.

Connection to Value

We create mechanisms that link each relevant autonomous decision to a tangible impact on margin, revenue, or cost.

These are not three independent projects. It is an integrated methodological system.

III. Why We Do It This Way

Because separating data triage, AI implementation, and value management creates three dangerous corporate distortions:

Data without economic application becomes an expensive inventory.
Artificial Intelligence without governance becomes a risk.
Strategy without an operational mechanism becomes mere discourse.

The modern company's journey is not linear. It is profoundly systemic: from data foundation to AI governance, from governance to decision, from decision to outcome.

IV. How We Operate

We don’t demand the company be "ready." We start where the company is today.

  • If the data is fragile, we strengthen the foundation.
  • If there are isolated models, we structure the governance.
  • If there is an ambition to scale, we install control and evidence.

Our proprietary diagnostic framework evaluates organizational readiness across multiple dimensions. Our value connection model formalizes the causality between decision and financial result.

From diagnostic to execution, with professionals and technology in the client's real environment.

V. What Drives Us

We do not believe in technological implementation for its own sake. We believe that every decision must be traceable, every autonomy must have boundaries, and every innovation must have an explicit economic nexus.

Executive Profile on LinkedIn

Executive with over 30 years in technology, data, and strategic consulting, following the evolution of the market from early structured Business Intelligence platforms in the 1990s to the current cycles of Data and AI-driven transformation.

His foundation is strong in data architecture and governance, interoperability, executive metrics, and the direct connection between technology and economic impact. Throughout his career, he has led analytical modernization initiatives, operational model design, and alignment programs between strategy, IT, and P&L.

He is the creator of Arcogi's proprietary diagnostic and decision intelligence framework, aimed at reducing the gap between data investment and business outcomes through decision management, continuous evidence, and operational governance.

"His proposal stems from a clear principle: technology doesn't generate value through implementation, but through disciplined execution."

Arcogi structures the organizational journey from data to outcome — installing mechanisms for diagnostics, governed decisions, telemetry, and iterative adjustment.

The evolution towards architectures with autonomous agents is part of his applied research agenda — treated as disciplined construction, not an automatic maturity promise. His focus is on making strategy operable, decisions auditable, and innovation economically responsible.
